1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the nusta platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nusta immediately through the contact channels available on the platform. nusta reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete identity verification when requested may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawals.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on the nusta platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in yourown name and that you have the legal right to use. nusta does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any funds received from unverified sources may be held pending investigation. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform's cashier section, and players must ensure that their account has passed the required verification steps before a withdrawal can be approved. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals, and these limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard. nusta reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. All transaction records are available in your account history, and it is your responsibility to review these regularly and report any discrepancies promptly. Any bonuses or promotional credits applied to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

3. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the nusta platform are final once confirmed, and no cancellations or amendments can be made after a bet has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details — including the selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before confirming. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, nusta reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stakes to the players' accounts. Players are expected to use the platform for personal entertainment only and must not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity that is designed to exploit the platform unfairly. 4. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not use the nusta platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or applicable international regulations. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. Players must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or security systems in any way. Sharing account credentials with other individuals, allowing third parties to operate your account, or creating accounts on behalf of others are all violations of these terms and may result in immediate account closure. Any communication with nusta staff or other players that is abusive, threatening, or harassing in nature will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension. Players who are found to have provided false information during registration or verification will have their accounts closed and any pending withdrawals cancelled. nusta cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in the Philippines and will disclose account information where legally required to do so.

5. Responsible Gaming

nusta is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players in the Philippines. We encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits to help manage their gaming activity within their means. The nusta platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform at all times. nusta shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event of a system outage, maintenance window, or technical failure, nusta will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible, but cannot guarantee specific uptime levels. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
